Colo5 Announces Purchase of Additional Jacksonville Data Center

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., June 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Colo5, a leading independent data operator headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, today announced the purchase of a free-standing data center in Jacksonville, providing an additional 20,000 square feet of space to be used for its rapidly expanding colocation and data recovery services platforms. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed. The company presently operates a 122,000 square feet, Hurricane Category 5 rated facility on Spring Park Road in Jacksonville. The company began operations in late 2008 and has witnessed impressive growth since.
