Training for the positions utilizes Comcast's new self-paced training
system -- a classroom-based education process matching the employee's
skills to the appropriate level curriculum, which enables employees to
fully learn the company's products and services at their own speed. In
addition to the self-paced training, all customer support representatives
will participate in Comcast's P.A.C.E. career-path program. P.A.C.E.
enables entry-level customer service employees to control their own career
