FAIRFAX, Va., Dec. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Management Corporation (CMC), an Associa Company, proudly announces Christopher Froehlich, Randy Summers and Donna Aker recently earned the credential Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), awarded by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM).
The CMCA credential signifies managers have passed NBC-CAM's national exam and met the requirements for managing condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations. Certified managers must also adhere to the CMCA Standards of Professional Conduct and take continuing education.
Mr. Froehlich has been with CMC since September 2008. He currently holds the position of Director of Administrative Services in our CMC -Maryland Division.
Mr. Summers has been with CMC since May 2007. He currently manages Carroll Vista Community Association.
Ms. Aker has been with CMC since October 2008. She currently manages Hopyard Farm HOA.
