ARDMORE, OK, Sept. 28 /PRNewswire/ - Companies West Group Inc. (DE:A38) has concluded its due diligence on two coal mine concessions located in the Colombian province of Tolima.

The company has validated and qualified the information that had been provided regarding the two coal mining properties.

Companies West Group Inc. will now proceed with a mining exploration program on the approximately 10,000 hectare coal mining properties.

Both concessions have a subscribed contract of mining from the Colombian State of Ingeominas and are registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota. As indicated in an earlier press release, Companies West Group Inc. intentions are to implement an All Clean Coal Technology to the exploitation of the properties.
