Connected Ventures Appoints New COO

 

-Former IAC VP of Programming Fills Key Management Position-



    NEW YORK, Aug. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Connected Ventures, the parent company
 of CollegeHumor.com, Vimeo.com, BustedTees.com and Defunker.com, and an
 operating business of IAC ( IACI), today announced the appointment
 of Moshe Koyfman as Chief Operating Officer. Koyfman previously served as
 Vice President of Programming for IAC and was instrumental in its August
 2006 acquisition of Connected Ventures. In his new role as COO, Moshe will
 be responsible for overseeing strategic planning, business development,
 marketing, advertising sales and finance across the Connected Ventures
 brands as well as sourcing potential expansion opportunities.
     Prior to joining Connected Ventures, Koyfman served as Vice President
 of Programming for IAC where he helped define the group's strategy, source
 acquisition targets, drive new build initiatives and provide general
 management oversight for companies such as CollegeHumor, Vimeo, VSL and
 23/6 amongst others. Earlier in his career, Koyfman held the position of
 Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions for IAC where he partnered with
 IAC's Financial Services & Real Estate, Personals and Vacations businesses
 on their acquisition activities and investigated new areas for potential
 acquisitions.
