announced today that Sabrina E. Allan, Esq., a specialist in health care law
and former senior corporate counsel at Pfizer, Inc., has been hired as a
Ms. Allan, working with outside counsel, will advise ConnectivCorp on
pharmaceutical companies and the health care industry.
In her six-year tenure at Pfizer, Inc., Ms. Allan was responsible for a
wide range of health care activities. She co-chaired a Pfizer task force
developing internal global policies on privacy issues, and analyzed policy,
legislation and regulations regarding general health care policy,
Medicare/Medicaid reform and health information confidentiality. Ms. Allan
also drafted proposed state and federal legislation. Ms. Allan also was
senior legal reviewer of all promotional and other material for several
approved products as well as products in development.
Prior to joining Pfizer, she was an associate in health care law at
Kalkines, Arky, Zall & Bernstein in New York City, where she concentrated in
hospital and nursing home reimbursement legislation and advised clients on
compliance of New York's Medicaid system with Federal Medicaid law.
