Continua Health Alliance to Host Open Meeting at CONNECTIONS(TM) Tuesday, June 24th at 2:30 pm

 Alliance will host a meeting on Tuesday, June 24 at 2:30 p.m. at the Santa

     The session, "The next generation of personal telehealth is here!" will
 explore Continua's three use cases -- chronic disease management, aging
 independently, and health & fitness -- and explain how Continua is
 utilizing standards to ensure interoperability while opening new
