Continuum Announces Divestiture of Occupational Health Business

    SPRINGFIELD, Pa., April 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Continuum announced today that
 it has completed the divestiture of its Occupational Health businesses to
 ClinNet Solutions, LLC and Exemplar International, Inc.  ClinNet is a newly-
 formed business focusing on the management of physical exams and substance
 abuse testing services, while Exemplar is a leading player in the provision of
 mobile health and audiometric testing services.
