Continuum Sells Clinic Operations to Concentra

    SPRINGFIELD, Pa., June 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Continuum announced today that
 it has completed a transaction in which it has sold the majority of the
 operations of its' Practice Management Group to Concentra Health Services.
 The transferred operations consist of 4 occupational medicine and physical
 therapy centers in the greater Philadelphia area.  Financial terms of the
 transaction were not disclosed.
