    PLANO, Texas, Oct. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Get ready, 93% of parents with
 children 12 and under say their children plan to participate in traditional
 Trick-or-Treating in their neighborhood or community this year.

     In a survey conducted with 400 parents nationwide, Cookies by Design(R)
 also learned that 41% of families said they plan to host a Halloween party
 for their children. Of those hosting parties 30% said they will be serving
 pizza, 38% said they will be serving snacks, 42% said cookies and 31%
 offering candy.
