Company (NYSE: CTB) has named Curtis Schneekloth as new investor relations
director, functioning as a spokesman on financial issues as he communicates
with stock market analysts and investors.

Speaking of the appointment, Chief Financial Officer Phil Weaver said,
"Curtis Schneekloth shows a keen understanding of Cooper's operations, as
well as offering a mix of international and entrepreneurial experiences."
The lead accountant in Strategic Planning since January 2006,
Schneekloth joined Cooper in June 2003 as senior internal auditor.
Previously he worked as a consultant in Prague, Czech Republic; as
financial director and partner in XM, sro, a Prague-based importer; and in
auditing positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Prague and with Deloitte
& Touche in Houston, Texas.
Schneekloth earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the
University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls, Iowa, and a master's in business
administration from the University of Toledo, Toledo, Ohio. He passed the
certified public accountant exam in 1995 and passed the certified internal
auditor exam in 2004.
