Corrent Appoints New Vice President of Operations

30-year Veteran to Lead Company Through New Development Phase

    TEMPE, Az., April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Corrent Corporation, an award-winning
 provider of high performance security IC's and boards, today announced that
 Mr. Randall Holman, a senior operations executive with over 30 years of
 technical management, engineering and production experience, has joined the
 company as vice president of operations. Holman will lead the operations group
 overseeing manufacturing, quality assurance, supplier, and customer service
 operations, as Corrent continues to ramp its production phase.

     Holman comes to Corrent Corporation from FlipChip, a division of Kulicke &
 Soffa, where he was the vice president of operations responsible for
 wafer-level packaging and wafer-level solder bumping processes. There he
 acquired extensive experience in dealing with global customers, suppliers and
 production facilities.
     Prior to FlipChip, Mr. Holman served as vice president and general manager
 of one of Amkor Technology's IC packaging assembly plants. Based in Manila, he
 was responsible for Amkor's worldwide packaging design centers. Additionally,
 Mr. Holman held multiple management positions during a 17-year tenure at Texas
 Instruments. There, he acquired extensive experience in dealing with global
 customers, suppliers and production facilities. Among his responsibilities at
 this Fortune 500 company was that of U.S. business entity manager, responsible
 for the profit and loss of ASIC and Programmable Products. At Texas
 Instruments, Mr. Holman was also a department manager with profit and loss
 responsibility for the Hi-Speed CMOS product line. Moreover, he was
 instrumental in the recruitment, hiring and training of the team that helped
 transform Texas Instruments into the leader in Hi-Speed CMOS logic.
