Courtyard by Marriott to Open in Old Town San Diego

    SAN DIEGO, Nov. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Sunstone Hotels announced today that
 they are opening their newest Courtyard by Marriott property in San Diego and
 the first in the Old Town area in early January 2003.
     Conveniently located at 2435 Jefferson St. in the heart of famed historic
 Old Town San Diego, which offers over 150 international shops, live
 entertainment, historic landmarks, museums, galleries and restaurants.  The
 Courtyard stands where the original Gila House Restaurant once did. "It has
