Crunch Fitness Appoints Tim Miller New CEO

    NEW YORK, July 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Crunch Fitness, the health club chain
 renowned for fusing fitness and entertainment, today announced the
 appointment of Tim Miller as the new chief executive officer. As an
 industry leader with over 17 years experience in consumer trends, strategic
 marketing and retail development, Miller will oversee the management of
 Crunch's unique fitness brand with 30 locations in the U.S.

     Tapping his extensive experience as a corporate branding leader for
 Morgan's Hotel Group, one of the hottest and fastest growing boutique hotel
 groups in the country, Miller will manage all aspects of Crunch Fitness
 with a focus on enhancing the membership experience and strengthening
 corporate strategy.

     Before joining Crunch Fitness, Miller earned a stellar reputation as
 the executive vice president and chief branding officer for Morgans Hotel
 Group where he oversaw all innovation management. Having started in the
 front office at Royalton in New York in 1989, he rose through the ranks of
 the organization over a 17 year period. Miller has served as a hotel
 manager, a general manager, and a vice president of brand management and
 new property openings before being promoted to executive vice president and
 chief branding officer. Miller was also the founder and president of the
 Alden Hotels in Houston, Texas.
