Global Culinary Ambassador and Executive Chef Jean-Marie Zimmermann Showcases Culinary Expertise

SOUTHAMPTON, England, July 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Cunard Line's Executive Chef Jean-Marie Zimmermann hosted the esteemed James Beard Foundation aboard the line's flagship Queen Mary 2 when it docked today in Brooklyn, New York. The exclusive "foodie" event included a cocktail reception in the ship's nautically themed Chart Room and a four-course lunch in the grand, two-storey Britannia Restaurant - specially prepared by Chef Zimmermann himself. Chef Zimmermann joins the prestigious list of culinary superstars such as Daniel Boulud, Emeril Lagasse, Nobu Matsuhisa and Jacques Pepin, who have delighted the palates of members of the James Beard Foundation, one of America's most well known culinary arts organizations.
