Former Global CISO of Barclays & Bank of America Joins Security Posture Management Company

MacLean, a 30-year information technology executive, has led the IT security organizations at Barclays PLC and Bank of America and has served as a top advisor to the Secretary of Treasury on the subject of IT security in the financial services industry.

In both positions, MacLean was responsible for security policies and procedures, information risk management, security technology implementations, cyber investigations and general information security awareness for each company's leadership, associate base, and outside suppliers. Under her leadership, Bank of America was a founding member of the Financial Services Information Security Analysis Center (FS/ISAC). Prior to joining Bank of America, she spent 15 years in various information technology leadership roles at The Boeing Aerospace Company, based in Seattle, Washington.

In 2002, the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury appointed MacLean to serve as the sector coordinator and chairperson of the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council for Critical Infrastructure Protection and Homeland Security. In that role, she brought together 26 financial services trade associations, utilities and professional institutes and worked with Treasury's private sector liaison to ensure the resiliency and security of the nation's financial services networks.
