DataSource Names Board of Directors; Former Microsoft, Bell Atlantic Executives to Sit on Panel

    SILVER SPRING, Md., April 25 /PRNewswire/ -- DataSource, Inc., a software
 development company that specializes in N-Tier technology and e-Commerce,
 announces the naming of four new members to its Board of Directors.
     Headed by DataSource President and CEO Pamela W. Hopkins, the board will
 include former Microsoft CIO Chris Gibbons, currently CIO of Reston, Va.-based
 eStara.  Also on the board is Tony Murray, who has served in numerous
 executive positions at Bell Atlantic, including president of the company's
 Large Business Services, chairman of the Network Integration Unit, and
 president of the Federal Systems Division.  Judy Carter, President and CEO of
 SOFTWORKS, and eStara President and CEO Anthony J. Cancelosi will also sit on
 the board.

 DataSource has grown at a rate of almost 10,000 percent since being founded by
 Hopkins in 1994.
