The conference, which will take place at the Ocean Reed Resort, (formerly the Martinique Resort) in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on September 29 - October 1, is designed to heighten the awareness of quality principles and encourage greater adoption of continuous improvement doctrines by state agencies and higher learning institutions.
