Ms. Young is a senior executive with over 25 years' experience in the investment industry including Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director at NewMarket Capital Partners, LLC as well as Managing Director and Senior Executive roles at Alliance Capital Management, Hyperion Capital Management and Fischer Francis Trees & Watts. Ms. Young's experience in analyzing and valuing corporate strategy along with formulating high performance teams to create and enhancenew business verticals makes her a significant addition to the Strategy Advisory Board. Ms. Young has a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University and a Masters in Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
