Dave Johnson Resigns as IGT Executive Vice President and General Counsel
LAS VEGAS, Nov. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT) announced today that David D. Johnson has resigned as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary, effective Jan. 4, 2010.
Formerly with Anchor Gaming, Johnson joined IGT in 2003 and has been responsible for IGT's legal, government relations and compliance departments.
"Dave has played an important role in IGT's success," said CEO and President Patti S. Hart. "We would like to thank him for his service and wish him the best in his future endeavors."
IGT expects to name a new General Counsel by the end of 2009.
