David Boyle Named President and COO at MPi

 the appointment of David Boyle, formerly MPi's Senior Vice President of
 Sales and Marketing, to the newly created position of President and Chief
 Operating Officer. In this role Boyle will be responsible for day-to-day
 operations and the focused execution of MPi's 2008 business plan. He will
 report directly to Les Silver, MPi's Chairman and CEO, and will be based
 out of MPi's Las Vegas, NV offices.
     MPi has experienced tremendous growth over the past five years and the
 number of auto dealers that use its customized electronic dealership
 generating solution EDGE(TM) (formerly known as ARGIS (TM)), to increase
 the additional parts and labor dollars sold per vehicle inspection, has
 grown to 500. In order to continue its aggressive growth strategy with both
 dealers and OEMs, the company created the new position of COO and

 tremendous impact in the four plus years he has been with us. He built a
