 impacted by the sudden closing of BrideSave.com -- one of the major online
 bridal discounters that had been frequently recommended by consumer
 advocate groups -- David's Bridal is offering BrideSave.com customers a 20%
 discount, in addition to current sale prices, on all off the rack dresses*
 found at David's Bridal locations nationwide.
