Mr. Bogdanowicz represents a diverse client base of corporations and individuals in complex business litigation, intellectual property litigation, construction disputes, and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Ms. Bowline primarily focuses on representing plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation, premises liability, and products liability litigation before state and federal courts.
Mr. Bogdanowicz previously was recognized by the publishers of VerdictSearch for securing one of the Top 10 Texas settlements of the year in a construction defect lawsuit. He also has earned a spot on the annual Texas Rising Stars list of outstanding young attorneys for the past four years. A member of numerous professional organizations, Mr. Bogdanowicz is a director of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and he received the group's "One to Watch" award in 2010. He earned his law degree from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law with honors in 2008. He completed his undergraduate degree at Rutgers University in 2005.
Selected to the Texas Rising Stars list in 2014 and 2015, Ms. Bowline is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. She has tried numerous complex litigation matters to verdict for plaintiffs and defendants, including high-exposure products liability matters and sophisticated business disputes.
She also has achieved outstanding results on behalf of clients in personal injury and wrongful death matters, including recently obtaining a multimillion dollar settlement on behalf of a family in a wrongful death case involving negligent entrustment and obtaining a favorable result for a manufacturing client related to a triple-fatality fire involving alleged products liability issues. She earned her law degree from The University of Texas School of Law with honors in 2006, and her undergraduate degree with highest honors from the University of Oklahoma in 2003.
