MONROE, Ohio, Nov. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Deceuninck North America, a leading designer and manufacturer of high-quality systems for windows, doors, and outdoor living, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Roundy as western regional sales manager. In this role, Roundy will be responsible for creating new business opportunities and managing client relationships for Deceuninck in the western region of the United States. He will play an integral role in the development of the sales and product strategies aimed at expanding Deceuninck's footprint on the west coast.

Prior to joining Deceuninck, Roundy served as senior territory manager for nearly six years at Truth Hardware in Owatonna, MN. In this role, he was responsible for sales of window and door hardware in six states and one Canadian province. He also served as account manager with Truth Hardware for more than eight years. Prior to that, he was a sales manager at Insta-Chain in Springville, UT where he was responsible for sales of automatic snow chains to OEMs, distributors, dealers and fleets across the United States and Canada.
Roundy earned his bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Utah Valley University.
