LOUIS, April 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Four Seasons Compassion for Life (Four Seasons), an award-winning hospice and palliative care nonprofit organization in North Carolina, is partnering with Enterprise Fleet Management to provide and manage vehicles for its traveling clinicians and community staff members.
"By eliminating the stress that comes with traveling in older vehicles, which require more maintenance and vehicle liability, our partnership with Enterprise will increase cost savings and improve employee wellness," said Millicent Burke-Sinclair, Four Season's chief operating officer of palliative care and vice president of employee and volunteer solutions.
Enterprise Fleet Management recently delivered a total of 20 Nissan Sentras and Jukes to the Four Seasons headquarters in Flat Rock, N.C., as well as to the organization's surrounding office locations. The vehicles, which are branded with the Four Seasons logo, are expected to save the organization an estimated $30,000 per year as well as improve visibility of the Four Seasons brand and enhance the driving experience, safety and reliability for employees. In turn, this will allow employees to provide better care in homes in the communities they serve.

Our partnership with Enterprise Fleet Management relieves some of the burden of responsibility that comes with using and maintaining a personal vehicle to serve patients and families throughout the region."
Four Seasons serves customers in western North Carolina, including Buncombe, Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Henderson, Jackson, Macon, Polk, Swain and Transylvania counties. Employees drive anywhere from five to 250 miles a day to provide care to patients with serious illnesses in their homes.
