Department of Homeland Security, Army, Marine Corps, Air Force Among Winners of Government Computer News' Agency Awards

    WASHINGTON, Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Government Computer News announced
 today the winners of its 17th annual Agency Awards program, which honors
 government agencies that have demonstrated success in applying IT to mission
 or organizational issues. These awards recognize the steps being made in
 federal, state and local governments to use IT to increase efficiency and
 improve services to citizens, businesses, or other government agencies.
     The awards will be presented at the GCN Awards Gala on October 27, 2004 at
