Deploy U.S. Trademark Allowed

VANCOUVER, Sept. 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Deploy Technologies Inc., (CNSX:  DEP) (PINKSHEETS: DPLY) announced today that the Company has received Notice of Allowance for the registration of its trademark 'DEPLOY' from the United States Patent & Trademark office.

The Company is required to file a Statement of Use after the mark is used in the U.S. in order to have the mark registered. The Company will file a Statement of Use once it secures its first U.S. customer.  The trademark application was published on July 3, 2012 with no subsequent oppositions.  The Notice of allowance was issued on August 28, 2012.
