Detroit Recreation Department to Receive Federal Grant to Help Reopen Belle Isle's Flynn Pavilion

     Who:   The City of Detroit
 
     What:  Will receive a $490,000 Urban Park and Recreation Recovery Program
            grant from the National Park Service Thursday to be used to restore
            Belle Isle's Flynn Pavilion and reopen the island's
            canoe/kayak/bicycle/ice skate rental facility.
 
     When:  On Thursday, February 14th at 10:00 AM
 
     Where: Belle Isle's Flynn Pavilion
 
     The City of Detroit will receive a $490,000 Urban Park and Recreation
 Recovery Program grant from the National Park Service Thursday to be used to
