DHA Group Announces Defense Logistics Agency Contract Win

WASHINGTON, Oct. 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- DHA Group, Inc. (www.dha-inc.com), an award-winning management consulting and contracting firm serving the federal government, announced a contract win today. Under task order 38 of its Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Headquarters J6 Program Management Support Services (PMSS) contract, DHA Group will provide ongoing technical assistance to the Support Planning Integrated Data Enterprise Readiness System (SPIDERS) and the Industrial Base Management System/Surge and Sustainment Database (IBMS/S&S DB). Specifically, DHA Group will deliver information assurance (IA) support for IBMS/SPIDERS, including advanced IA analysis yielding recommendations for innovative solutions.

The DLA Information Operations Philadelphia Process Integration Group (J6PSM), in partnership with DLA Acquisition (J-7), developed SPIDERS and IBMS/S&S DB as tools to be used in combination to help assure DLA's preparedness to support the military services during major contingencies. Support of the J6P IBMS/SPIDERS Program Manager will focus on SPIDERS, located at DISA DECC in Ogden, Utah, and IBMS/S&S DB, located at the Hybla Valley Data Center in Alexandria, Va.
