Developer Ken Jowdy builds "top-of-the-line" facility

CABO SAN LUCAS, Mexico, March 31, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Diamante Cabo San Lucas, a private oceanfront community on the Baja Peninsula, announced today that construction has begun on the Diamante Dunes Clubhouse.

The Dunes Course at Diamante is a brand-new 18-hole championship course designed by Tour Professional and U.S. Ryder Cup Captain Davis Love III.  

The 100,000+ square foot clubhouse will be composed of the golf clubhouse, gourmet restaurant with open kitchen and brick oven, lounge and bar, locker rooms, pro shop and administration support functions. The clubhouse is inspired by Sardinian and Mediterranean architecture, with clay tile roofs, high ceilings and interior courtyards to allow in sea breezes. The upper levels of the clubhouse will contain 20 luxury condominiums with ocean and course views, and a terrace pool, spa area, Jacuzzi, snack bar and concierge services.

During construction, a temporary clubhouse (the 'Cantina'), with three meal service, locker rooms and a retail shop is serving our Members and guests, along with a number of food and drink stations located throughout the course.
