Dickey's Barbecue Plans Grand Opening in Anna, Texas
World's Largest Barbecue Franchise Serves $1 Sandwiches
ANNA, Texas, Aug. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Located at 807 South Highway 75 in Anna, Dickey's Barbecue Pit is proud to announce the grand opening of its new location in the Lone Star state on Friday, August 17 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. At the event, customers will enjoy $1 Pulled Pork Big Barbecue sandwiches and three lucky customers will win free barbecue for a year.

After 17 years of working as a manager for Dickey's Barbecue, Steve Dellenbaugh decided to open his own location in Anna. The location opened in June 2012 and has become a local favorite. Dellenbaugh is originally from Pilot Point. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Hotel and Restaurant from the University of Central Oklahoma.

There are currently more than 90 Dickey's locations in Texas. With a total of 48 additional locations set to open before the end of the year. Dickey's is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
