The demand for telecom and mobile expense management technologies is being driven by technology trends, including Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and cloud computing. Employees have become increasingly mobile and depend on personal smartphones and tablets as the main device for staying connected to work while on-the-go. As a result of this influx of personal devices being used in the workplace, business are being challenged by mobile and fixed network costs that need to be managed in order to remain cost-efficient.
