Diversity Experts Thomas A. Duckenfield and Rudy R. Fuentes Join Perennial Strategy Group as Principals

    WASHINGTON, April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Perennial Strategy Group announced
 today that Thomas A. Duckenfield and Rudy R. Fuentes have joined the firm as
 Principals.  Mr. Duckenfield and Mr. Fuentes advise Fortune 1000 companies and
 public institutions on global diversity issues, represent municipalities and
 corporate clients in government relations matters, as well as provide
 government contracts counseling.

     A 1986 cum laude graduate of Princeton University, Mr. Duckenfield earned
 his law degree from Harvard Law School in 1989.  A distinguished military
 graduate, he received a commission as a U.S. Army Infantry Second Lieutenant
 and later was re-commissioned as a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate
 General's Corps.
     A 1988 honors graduate from Stanford University, where he served as
 President of the Associated Students of Stanford, Mr. Fuentes received his law
 degree from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California,
 Berkeley.  He also received a Masters in Public Administration from the John
 F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.  Mr. Fuentes completed
 the Minority Business Executive program at the Amos Tuck School of Business at
 Dartmouth College.
