Despite winning the most historic presidential election in history, President-elect Barack Obama (#4) continues to trail former GOP VP candidate Sarah Palin (#3) in web search activity, while the biggest network winner with web users over the past week is CNN (#8), generating more search interest than FOX News (#13) and MSNBC (#29). The last time CNN made the top 10 search list on Lycos was in the immediate aftermath of the Sept. 11 attacks.
