DMS Imaging, Inc., Purchases Interim Solutions and Sales, Inc., and Midwest Medical Diagnostics, Inc.

    FARGO, N.D., Sept. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- DMS Imaging, Inc. announced September
 4 that it has purchased the assets and operations of Interim Solutions and
 Sales, Inc., and Midwest Medical Diagnostics, Inc., of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
 The purchase price was not disclosed.  DMS Imaging is a member of the DMS
 Health Group, a subsidiary of Varistar Corporation, which is wholly owned by
 Otter Tail Corporation (Nasdaq:   OTTR).
     Interim Solutions and Sales, Inc., and Midwest Medical Diagnostics, Inc.,
 provide mobile diagnostic imaging services on an interim basis for computed
 tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).  The company offers
 fee-per-exam options as well as sales of previously owned CT, MRI, and other
 diagnostic imaging equipment.  Mobile and modular/transportable configurations
 are available through Interim Solutions and Sales, Inc., and Midwest Medical
 Diagnostics, Inc.
     "This acquisition will complement DMS Imaging's mobile diagnostic services
 and DMS MedSource Partners fee-per-scan operations," says Wayne Sanders,
 president and chief executive officer of the DMS Health Group.
     The company will function as a division of DMS Imaging, Inc. Jeff Axelrod,
 owner of Interim Solutions and Sales, Inc., and Midwest Medical Diagnostics,
 Inc., will become senior vice president of DMS Imaging, Inc.  He says,

 maximize efficiency and resources."
 
     DMS Imaging provides mobile diagnostic imaging services throughout the
 United States.  The services include magnetic resonance (MRI), computed
 tomography (CT), ultrasound, mammography, nuclear medicine, positron emission
 tomography (PET), and bone densitometry (DEXA).  DMS Imaging has its
 operations office in Bemidji, Minnesota, with the corporate office located in
 Fargo, North Dakota.
     Other members of the DMS Health Group include DMS Health Technologies and
 DMS MedSource Partners.  DMS Health Technologies sells and services diagnostic
 imaging equipment.  It is a distributor for major manufacturers including, but
 not limited to, Philips Medical Systems, Agilent Technologies, LoRad, and
 Kodak.  DMS MedSource Partners provides the resources to healthcare facilities
 for placement of diagnostic imaging equipment at their facility on a
 fee-per-scan basis.
