Double Eagle Petroleum Co. Announces Upcoming Events
DENVER, March 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Double Eagle Petroleum Co. (Nasdaq: DBLE) announced today that its 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will take place Tuesday, May 25, 2010, at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Daylight Time). The meeting will be held at the NASDAQ Market site at 4 Times Square, New York, New York. Due to tight security measures, shareholders who are expecting to attend the meeting should RSVP to Carol Osborne, Corporate Secretary at annualmeeting@eagle-eagle.net by May 15, 2010.
In addition, Double Eagle will be presenting at the Independent Petroleum Association of America's Oil and Gas Investment Symposium in New York. The Company's presentation at the IPAA Investment Symposium will take place at 4:35 P.M. on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 and will be followed by a breakout session immediately thereafter.
