Dover Corporation Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend
NEW YORK, Nov. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 (twenty-six cents) per share, payable on December 15, 2009 to shareholders of record as of November 30, 2009.
Dover Corporation is a global portfolio of manufacturing companies providing innovative components and equipment, specialty systems and support services for a variety of applications in the industrial products, engineered systems, fluid management and electronic technologies markets.
