Dow AgroSciences Announces License Agreement with Japan Tobacco

 that it has obtained a commercial license to PureSpiral(TM)* technology and
 the Multi-Left-Border technology** owned by Japan Tobacco Inc.  Terms of the
 agreement were not disclosed.
