Dream Room Makeovers Gives Mahwah Child with Neurofibromatosis her Dream "70's Themed" Room
Non-Profit Calls for New Furniture and Monetary Donations to Makeover Nine Year Old Mary Nelson's Bedroom and Remodel Entire Home
MAHWAH, N.J., March 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --

Mary Nelson is like most nine year old girls, she loves to play and laugh. However, unlike her friends, Mary was born with Neurofibromatosis (NF) – a genetic and progressive disorder that disrupts cell growth in the nervous system, causing tumors to form on nerve tissue. Raised by her single mother Kimberly, Mary has been undergoing chemo since she was 7 years old.
