Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Dividend Income Fund Annual Meeting of Shareholders
BOSTON, March 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At a meeting held on March 15, 2010, the Board of Trustees of Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Dividend Income Fund (the "Fund") (NYSE: EVT), a closed-end investment company, voted to hold the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Fund on Friday, June 25, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. (EDT). The meeting will be held at the principal office of the Fund, Two International Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02110. Proxy materials will be mailed on or about April 26, 2010 to shareholders of record on April 12, 2010. Shareholders will be asked to vote on the election of three Class I Trustees of the Fund.
