This $25B Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be the primary vehicle for CMS to acquire end-to-end IT services over the next 10 years. The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Operational Divisions (OPDIVs) will be able to solicit and award task orders using SPARC.
