Elbit Systems Completes the Acquisition of the Assets of BVR Systems (1998) Ltd

HAIFA, Israel, November 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Elbit Systems Ltd.(NASDAQ:ESLT) announced today, further to the announcement on July 20 2009, that after receiving all the applicable approvals it completed the acquisition of the assets of BVR Systems (1998) Ltd. (OTCBB:BVRSF.OB) for a price of approximately $34 million.

BVR Systems (1998) Ltd, located in Rosh HaAyin, Israel, is engaged in the area of development and production of training, simulation and debriefing systems for air, sea and ground forces.
