(NASDAQ: ESLT) announced that it has been informed that a claim in the amount of approximately $10 million was filed in the District Court - Central District by Pinpoint Advance Corporation, against two of its Israeli subsidiaries - Elbit Systems Holdings (1997) Ltd. and Kinetics Ltd. as well as against Ya'akov Gadot, an officer of Elbit Systems Ltd.
