Acquisition Adds Over 300 Consultants and Global Delivery Capability

("eBAS") and Aveeva, Inc. ("Aveeva") headquartered in Fremont, CA, and their Indian subsidiary Aviance Software India Private Limited ("Aviance"), headquartered in Bangalore, India.
