Emtec, Inc. Opens Office in Florida

    MT. LAUREL, N.J., April 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --
 Emtec, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:   ETEC), a major East Coast IT solutions
 integrator, has opened an office in Jacksonville, FL.
     John Howlett, Emtec's President and CEO announced the opening of the new
 office.  "Our new Jacksonville facility will consist of sales and technical
 staff to support our growing customer base in that region.  The office is part
 of our overall strategic business plan to have a network of facilities up and
 down the East Coast servicing the changing needs of our customers," he said.
     The Jacksonville office is the company's sixth East Coast location.
