Emtec Names Fessenden to New Position

    MT. LAUREL, N.J., Feb. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Emtec, Inc.
 (OTC Bulletin Board:   ETEC) has named Guy H. Fessenden to the new position of
 Executive Vice President. He will oversee sales and service activities at the
 solution integrator's four Northeast offices located in Mt. Laurel, NJ;
 Cranford, NJ; New York City and Norwalk, CT.
     Fessenden, 45, joins Emtec from DIS Research, Ltd., which he founded in
 1984 and where he was Chief Executive Officer. DIS Research is a $100 million
 technology sales and services company with 250 employees in 12 locations. The
 firm's clients have included Citibank, Quest, Chase Bank and Echo Star, among
 others. As CEO, Fessenden was responsible for corporate strategy and
 administration, finance, and expansion. DIS Research is headquartered in New
 York City.
     Prior to founding DIS, Fessenden was assistant to the CEO of WR Grace &
 Co., an international conglomerate with holdings in a number of industries,
 including shipping, food, publishing and others. In this capacity, he
 performed financial analyses and made capital expenditure recommendations to
 the company's Board of Directors.
