The development is the "East End Flats" with work scheduled to begin
later this month. The project will comprise of 27 loft apartments with

The general contractor, Ion Constructors, LCC based in Austin, has
awarded American Geothermal the HVAC systems. The total contract value will
generate revenues estimated at $150,000.00 for the company.
