IRVINE, Calif., March 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- ENER-CORE, Inc. (OTCQB: ENCR), whose proprietary Gradual Oxidation technology and equipment generates clean electric power from low quality and waste gases, today announced that the U.S. Patent Office has granted ENCR its fifth and sixth patents.
U.S. Patent 8,671,658, titled Oxidizing Fuel, addresses various alternative arrangements for the Oxidizer to operate, including a number of internal functions that the Oxidizer provides, and various arrangements for introducing partial/combined fuel flows into the Oxidizer, at various points of introduction.
U.S. Patent 8,617,917, titled Gradual Oxidation with Reciprocating Engine, covers a large area of applications for the Gradual Oxidizer when configured with the reciprocating engines for power generation.
