The Sherwin-Williams Company to Webcast Third Quarter 2012 Financial Results Conference Call

CLEVELAND, Oct. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE: SHW) will issue a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2012 prior to the opening of the market on Thursday, October 25, 2012.  At that time, a copy of the press release and information regarding Sherwin-Williams' financial condition, operating segment results and other information will be available at www.sherwin.com by clicking on About Us, choosing Investor Relations, then selecting Press Releases and clicking on the reference to the October 25^th release.

The Company will conduct a conference call to discuss its financial results for the third quarter and first nine months, and its outlook for the fourth quarter and full year 2012, at 11:00 a.m. ET on October 25, 2012.  Participating in the call will be Sherwin-Williams' Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Christopher M. Connor , along with other senior executives.
