Enterprise Names Terri Ludwig as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

COLUMBIA, Md., Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Enterprise Community Partners (Enterprise) today announced that Terri Ludwig has joined the organization as executive vice president and chief operating officer, reporting to president and CEO Doris Koo. Ms. Ludwig will lead all programmatic and solutions work across the country, including Enterprise's national initiatives and the activities in the organization's eight local Impact Markets.

Ms. Ludwig is a 23-year veteran of investment banking and nonprofit leadership. Most recently, she served as president of Merrill Lynch Community Development Company where she led community development lending and investing and created innovative public-private partnerships to finance critical community needs. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Ms. Ludwig was president and CEO of ACCION New York, the largest microfinance program in the U.S. Under her leadership, ACCION became recognized as a visionary model for sustainable microfinance for small business owners.

Ms. Ludwig earned her master's degree in public administration at the Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government and her bachelor's degree in industrial psychology at the University of Illinois. In addition to her many professional accolades, Ms. Ludwig is an appointee to the U.S. Department of Treasury Advisory Board for Community Development and Financial Institutions, serves as chair of the board of ACCION USA and was awarded the Social Innovation Fellowship for Nonprofit Leaders at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
